I specialise in teaching intuitive/psychic development to women. After 8+ years (and counting) of exploring and training in various therapies, healing modalities, kinesiology, psychic development, shamanism, animism, magick and more, I realised a problem that affects many women is disconnection from their own intuition.

After seeing psychics for readings when I was younger and thinking ‘I wish I was born that way’, I was lead to psychic development with Benjamin Venes, and found out that we actually ALL are born psychic/intuitive - sometimes we just need some support to reclaim this part of ourselves.

It is now my mission to share this wisdom and teach women how to connect with their intuition and psychic abilities - no matter how disconnected or doubtful they feel. I have seen hundreds of people step into psychic development, and I have never encountered 1 person who wasn't able to read on a psychic level using these specific techniques and templates, so I know you can too. Got Questions About Psychic Foundations?

1. I live interstate or overseas, is Psychic Foundations all online?

Yes - the whole Psychic Foundations journey is completely online via zoom, with all calls recorded and downloadable, so you get to keep them for life!

This work was birthed from lockdowns and from many people interstate wanting to do psychic development. So it eventually got brought online so more people have access to it. I have even had someone living in Canada complete the course! This work is accessible globally and interstate in Australia.

This also means that if you can’t make it some nights, you can watch the recording and be paired with someone to practice the techniques learnt, throughout the week.

2. I feel completely disconnected from my intuition, can I do this training?

There are 2 types of people that join this training:

A. Those who feel completely disconnected to their intuition/psychic abilities. Who feel like they can’t feel or hear their intuition and don’t even know where to start to begin connecting. I have some students share before they join that they don’t even know what their intuition is and how it shows up.

If this is you and you have been yearning to develop your intuition, psychic senses and this part of yourself - this training is for you. I teach tried and tested techniques and templates to connect you to your psychic senses, and you will shock yourself at how easily things are coming through.

A big fear that comes up for these students is: ‘What if I can’t connect and nothing comes through?’ ‘What if I can’t do it?’. I have never had a student not be able to connect with their psychic senses and do psychic readings. It is something that is natural to all of us, sometimes we just need the right tools for us, to help us get there.

The good news is that the more you develop your psychic senses (the Clair’s), the easier it is to feel, hear, connect with and trust your intuition.

The second type of students that join this training are:

B. Those who were quite open as a child or throughout their life, and may have had some scary psychic/spirit experiences that made them fear their gifts and opening up.

I will explore more of this in the next FAQ.

3. I had some scary psychic/spirit experiences when I was a kid/throughout my life, will this work open me up too much and I won’t be able to close it down?

As I have said - there are 2 types of people that join Psychic Foundations:

A. Those who feel completely disconnected to their intuition/psychic abilities (we have explored this in the last FAQ).

B. Those who were quite open as a child or throughout their life, and may have had some scary psychic/spirit experiences that made them fear their gifts and opening up.

This is a big one and often comes with being scared of our gifts, abilities and power, due to uncomfortable experiences we may have had when younger.

It can really help to work on those fears and experiences with a proper trauma therapist eg. Trauma-informed Psychotherapist, EMDR etc.

It is also natural to then be a bit guarded and worried about connecting to these abilities because of what that might mean - many people believe that once you open things up, you won’t be able to shut it down.

From my experience, that is not the case. That is why I teach from the ground up. The whole first month of Psychic Foundations is focusing on stabilising your energy field, delving into grounding, energy management practices, psychic hygiene and protections - to ensure that you stay grounded and stable as you open up psychically.

I also never ever teach my students how to open up their senses and energy, without teaching them how to close down their senses and energy. To me, these things go hand in hand (this is often overlooked in many spiritual trainings - its often open, open, open, which can be dangerous).

This way you will be in control as to when you are psychically open and tuning in to the spirit world/energy, and you will also be in control as to when you wish to be completely off and in the 3D world. This has been a big journey for me, so I also teach through experience.

If this is you - you have amazing gifts and abilities that you are already connected to, that can really help yourself and the people around you. I understand the fear, but if you are feeling the call to really harness these abilities, then this work may be for you. We will be in a safe container with specific protocols for you to feel safe to start opening your abilities up again.

4. I'm busy and worried I won't have time. Should I still join?

YES! Here's why...

All you need is 3 hours each week to get started.

The calls are 2 hours, and then there will be an extra half hour of practice each week.

It is up to you if you wish to focus more time and energy on this in terms of energy practices and disciplines.

But you will grow and develop your intuition if you have 3 hours a week to put towards this!
