Throughout the text, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Eloise Fielke Intuitive. Eloise Fielke Intuitive offers "Embodied Intuition" conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
By purchasing the "Embodied Intuition" online mini-course from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service", "Terms"). These Terms of Service apply to all users of the "Embodied Intuition" course.
The "Embodied Intuition" course is hosted by Kajabi. It is a pre-recorded, self-paced, online course.

SECTION 11 - GOVERNING LAW These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Victoria, Australia.
SECTION 12 - CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the course following changes implies acceptance of the new terms.
SECTION 13 – REFUND POLICY Refunds are not guaranteed and are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Due to the digital nature of the course, refunds are generally not provided once access is granted. Please email [email protected] for refund requests.
SECTION 14 - ADDITIONAL PARTICIPATION TERMS By joining the course, you acknowledge that you are mentally and physically fit to participate. If you are under psychiatric care or have a mental health condition, we recommend seeking professional advice before proceeding.

SECTION 15 - PAYMENT PLANS If you choose a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments until the course is paid in full. Non-compliance may result in the engagement of a debt collection agency, and you agree to cover any additional fees incurred.
