Eloise Fielke Intuitive offers the course “Awaken Your Psychic Abilities: A 7-Day Intuition Development Mini Course” conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By purchasing the “Awaken Your Psychic Abilities” course from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”). These Terms of Service apply to all users of this course.

The course is hosted by Kajabi & Facebook Inc. They provide us with the online social and learning platform that allows us to provide our Service to you.

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or older.

Prices for the course are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice and shall not be held liable for any changes or suspension of the Service.

SECTION 5 – ACCURACY OF BILLING INFORMATION

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing information. You must update your account and other information promptly, including email address and payment details, to ensure transactions can be completed.

Once enrolled in the “Awaken Your Psychic Abilities” course, no cancellations, withdrawals, or refunds will be granted. If a payment plan was selected, you must complete all remaining payments as agreed.

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the course without notice if you violate any of these Terms, and you will remain responsible for any outstanding payments.

SECTION 10 – ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and Eloise Fielke Intuitive regarding the course. They supersede any prior agreements, communications, or understandings.

SECTION 11 – GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia.

SECTION 12 – CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be communicated via email. Continued use of the course after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

SECTION 13 – REFUND POLICY

All sales are final.
Refunds requested within 24 hours of purchase are subject to investigation to prevent piracy. Refunds will only be considered in exceptional cases. Written requests can be sent to [email protected]. Refunds will not be issued due to change of mind.
